Port Autonome de Strasbourg awards AXS INGENIERIE the project management contract for the upgrading of the heavy capacity gantry crane at Lauterbourg Terminal.
AXS INGENIERIE has been awarded the project management related to upgrading and modernization of the “heavy capacity” gantry crane at the Lauterbourg Terminal.
Following inspections and a fatigue integrity assessment recently carried out about AXS INGENIERIE, the technical and regulatory obsolescence require a revamping of the gantry crane in order to continue its operation.
Indeed, the Lauterbourg crane is an important tool for the local economic and industrial activities.
AXS INGENIERIE will carry out:
- the necessary additional diagnostics
- a full analysis of the conservation status on the basis of the data collected
AXS INGENIERIE will then produce the bid files, carry out the technical analysis of the offers received as well as assist in producing the final contractual documents.
The follow-up of the design studies, manufacturing and factory tests as well as the assembly operations will also be assured by AXS INGENIERIE.
As final step, AXS INGENIERIE will ensure the follow-up of the final operations and the withdraw of the punch list.
